Ageless Auctions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned auction house licensed in the State of Florida (License AU5181 / AB3948), located at PO Box 206, Osprey, FL 34229. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect through agelessauctions.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

We operate a simple website. We do not sell personal information. We do not run an e-commerce store. Bidding and payments happen on HiBid (hibid.com), a separate third-party platform with its own privacy policy. This policy covers only what happens on our Site.

We collect personal information in three ways:

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our Site. GA4 automatically collects page views, session duration, approximate geographic location (city/region level), device type, browser type, and how you arrived at our Site. GA4 sets cookies on your device to distinguish visitors and sessions. This data is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your name or email address through GA4.

Newsletter signup. If you sign up for auction alerts, we collect your email address only. We store it in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database operated by Google. We use your email address to send you notifications about upcoming auctions. You can unsubscribe from any email we send by clicking the unsubscribe link in that email, or by emailing us at support@agelessauctions.com and asking to be removed.

Sell inquiry form. If you contact us about selling items, we collect your name, email address, phone number, item category, item description, preferred contact method, and any photos you choose to upload. We store this information in Google Firebase Firestore (text fields) and Google Firebase Storage (photos). We use this information solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

For clarity:

• We do not collect payment information, credit card numbers, or billing addresses. All bidding and payment processing occurs on HiBid's platform.
• We do not have user accounts, logins, or registration on our Site.
• We do not operate a shopping cart or checkout.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use the information we collect for these purposes only:

• To analyze Site traffic and improve our website (GA4 data)
• To send you auction alerts and notifications (newsletter email addresses)
• To respond to your selling inquiry (inquiry form submissions)
• To comply with applicable law or respond to legal process

We do not use your information for automated profiling or automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the Site:

• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 processes website analytics data. Google Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage store your form submissions and uploaded photos. Google operates under its own privacy and data processing terms.
• HiBid — When you click through to bid on an auction, you are leaving our Site and entering HiBid's platform. HiBid's privacy policy governs any information you provide there. We do not receive your bidding or payment information from HiBid.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ageless Auctions, our customers, or others.

Our Site uses Google Analytics 4. GA4 uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data that helps us understand Site traffic patterns.

If you prefer not to have your Site activity tracked by Google Analytics, you can:

• Install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On
• Use your browser's private/incognito mode
• Disable JavaScript in your browser (this will affect Site functionality)

Our Site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics 4. GA4 typically sets the following cookies:

• _ga — Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_[container-id] — Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.
• _gid — Distinguishes users. Expires after 24 hours.

These are analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels for ad networks, or third-party marketing cookies.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the Site, but GA4 will not be able to track your session.

We retain personal information as follows:

• Google Analytics data — Retained according to Google's standard data retention settings, typically 14 months for user-level data.
• Newsletter email addresses — Retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email address is deleted within 30 days.
• Inquiry form submissions — Retained for up to 2 years from the date of your last contact with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

We rely on Google Firebase's infrastructure, which applies industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We access stored form data only to respond to inquiries and do not share it beyond what is described in this policy.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our newsletter emails comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Specifically:

• We do not use deceptive subject lines or sender information
• Each email identifies itself as a communication from Ageless Auctions
• Each email includes our mailing address: PO Box 206, Osprey, FL 34229
• Each email includes a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link
• We honor unsubscribe requests promptly

To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email support@agelessauctions.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) may provide you with additional rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Because we do not sell or share personal data in these ways, we are not required to offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link under the CCPA/CPRA.

We operate in good faith compliance with the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). Our data practices as described in this policy reflect our actual operations. We do not make misleading representations about how your data is used.
