Conditions of Sale

All bids are binding. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer or auction platform shall be the buyer. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, to re-open bidding, or to cancel the sale.

Ageless Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid, to withdraw any lot before or during the sale, and to divide or combine lots at our discretion.

Payment is due within five business days of receiving your invoice. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Florida sales tax will be charged where applicable unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to the sale.

Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping or pickup of purchased lots. We offer in-house shipping for most items, with costs calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice.

Items must be picked up or shipped within 14 days of payment. Uncollected items may incur storage fees. Ageless Auctions is not responsible for items left uncollected beyond 30 days.

All lots are sold “as is” and “where is,” with all faults and imperfections. Descriptions, images, and condition reports are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a warranty or representation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition, authenticity, and description of each lot prior to bidding.

Estimates are provided as a guide to current market value and are not a prediction of the selling price. Lots may sell above or below their estimates.
